The Starter plan (15 dishes, 1 menu) is ideal for small businesses wanting to try 3D technology. The Pro plan (50 dishes, 5 menus) is suitable for restaurants with a full menu and varied menus. The Business plan (100 dishes, 30 menus) is designed for chains, franchises and high-volume establishments with multi-location management.

A 3D view corresponds to the complete loading of a 3D model by a customer. Each plan includes a free quota (1,500, 5,000 or 15,000 depending on the plan). Beyond that, fees apply: €5/1000 views (Starter), €3/1000 views (Pro) or €1.5/1000 views (Business). Product updates and menu consultations remain unlimited.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you immediately benefit from new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your current billing period. No change fees apply.

Unlimited 3D scanning allows you to photograph and create as many 3D models as you want from your mobile. You are only limited by the number of active dishes in your plan (15, 50 or 100). You can scan, archive and reactivate dishes as needed without additional fees.

This feature allows you to manage multiple restaurants from a single account. You can create separate menus per location, share products between restaurants, manage teams with specific permissions, and view consolidated or per-location statistics.

3D widgets are modules you can integrate into your existing website and ordering kiosks. Your customers can view your dishes in 3D directly from your site or kiosks without being redirected. You receive a simple code to copy-paste into your site, compatible with all CMS (WordPress, Wix, Shopify, etc.) and integrable into ordering kiosk interfaces for an interactive in-restaurant experience.

Yes! With annual billing, you pay the equivalent of 9 months (25% discount). For example, the Pro plan at €49/month comes to €37/month annually (€444/year instead of €588). Savings increase with higher plans.

No, the turnkey service (on-site visit, professional scanning, setup) is an additional service billed on a custom quote based on the number of dishes and your location. However, all tools to create your 3D menus yourself are included in your subscription at no extra cost.

If you exceed your included quota, you will only be charged for additional views at your plan rate. You will receive a notification when you reach 80% of your quota. You can also upgrade to a higher plan for a larger quota and better rates beyond.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your access remains active until the end of your current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are made for annual subscriptions, but you retain access until the expiration date.
