The Starter plan (1 menu, 1 3D product) lets you create and publish your first menu for free, forever. The Pro plan (€39/month, 3 menus, 10 users) adds unlimited 3D, the AI Studio and advanced analytics, and removes ads: it suits restaurants with a full menu and varied menus. The Business plan (€89/month, 4 restaurants, 16 menus, 100 users) is designed for chains, franchises and high-volume establishments, with multi-establishment management, embeddable 3D widgets and API access.

Yes, all plans include unlimited 3D views. Your customers can load and view your dishes in 3D as many times as they want, without any additional cost. Menu consultations and product updates are unlimited too, on every plan.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you immediately benefit from new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your current billing period. No change fees apply.

Unlimited 3D scanning allows you to photograph and create as many 3D models as you want from your mobile. On the Starter plan you are limited to 1 active 3D product; Pro and Business have no such limit. You can scan, archive and reactivate dishes as needed without additional fees.

Yes! With annual billing, you pay the equivalent of 9 months (about a 25% discount). For example, the Pro plan at €39/month comes to €29/month annually (€348/year instead of €468). The Business plan goes from €89/month to €67/month annually.

No, the turnkey service (on-site visit, professional scanning, setup) is an additional service billed on a custom quote based on the number of dishes and your location. However, all tools to create your 3D menus yourself are included in your subscription at no extra cost.

The AI Studio, which generates dish images, brand identity and marketing assets with AI, is included in the Pro and Business plans, with a daily usage quota. It is not available on the free Starter plan: upgrade to Pro to use it.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your access remains active until the end of your current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are made for annual subscriptions, but you retain access until the expiration date.

API access is reserved for the Business plan. It lets you embed your 3D dishes directly on your website, ordering kiosks or digital menus. The Starter and Pro plans do not include API access; upgrade to Business to unlock it.
